Patient Management

Sokhapheap provides a comprehensive patient management system with a unique patient identity system.

Patient Identity System

Each patient has a single identity record that can be shared across multiple clinics. This allows:

- Unique Patient ID: Every patient gets a system-wide unique identifier

  1. Multi-Clinic Support: Patients can visit different clinics while maintaining their identity
  2. Document Management: Store ID cards, passports, and other identity documents
  3. Photo Storage: Keep patient photos for easy identification

    Patient Registration

    To register a new patient:

    1. Click "Add Patient" from the patient list

  4. Enter basic information (name, date of birth, gender)
  5. Add contact details (phone, email, address)
  6. Upload identity documents (optional)
  7. Take or upload a patient photo (optional)
  8. Save the registration

    Patient Records

    Each patient record includes:

    - Demographics: Name, age, gender, contact information

  9. Medical History: Previous diagnoses and treatments
  10. Allergies: Known allergies and reactions
  11. Current Medications: Active prescriptions
  12. Visit History: Complete record of all clinic visits
  13. Documents: Scanned documents and images

    Searching Patients

    Find patients quickly using:

    - Name search (first name or last name)

  14. Phone number lookup
  15. Patient ID number
  16. Date of birth
  17. Document number (ID card, passport)

Queue & Visit Management
Multi-station queue workflow and visit tracking

Queue & Visit Management

The queue system manages patient flow through different stations in your clinic.

How It Works

1. Check-In: Patient arrives and is added to the queue

  1. Waiting: Patient waits to be called to the first station
  2. Station Flow: Patient moves through configured stations (consultation, pharmacy, lab, etc.)
  3. Completion: Visit is marked complete when all services are done

    Queue Stations

    Common station configurations:

    - Reception: Check-in and registration

  4. Consultation: Doctor examination
  5. Pharmacy: Medication dispensing
  6. Laboratory: Sample collection and testing
  7. Cashier: Payment processing

    Managing the Queue

    Adding a Patient to Queue:

  8. Select the patient from the patient list
  9. Click "Add to Queue"
  10. Patient appears in the waiting area
  11. Call patient when ready for service

    Calling Next Patient:

  12. View the queue for your station
  13. Click "Call Next" to bring in the next patient
  14. Patient status changes to "In Service"
  15. Complete the service and send to next station

    Priority Levels

    Set priority for patients who need urgent care:

    - Normal: Standard queue order

  16. High: Moved up in the queue
  17. Urgent: Immediate attention required

    Visit Tracking

    Each visit records:

    - Date and time of visit

  18. Services provided
  19. Staff who served the patient
  20. Total charges
  21. Payment status
