The queue system manages patient flow through different stations in your clinic.

1. Check-In: Patient arrives and is added to the queue
- Waiting: Patient waits to be called to the first station
- Station Flow: Patient moves through configured stations (consultation, pharmacy, lab, etc.)
- Completion: Visit is marked complete when all services are done
Queue Stations
Common station configurations:
- Reception: Check-in and registration
- Consultation: Doctor examination
- Pharmacy: Medication dispensing
- Laboratory: Sample collection and testing
- Cashier: Payment processing
Managing the Queue
Adding a Patient to Queue:

- Click "Add to Queue"
- Patient appears in the waiting area
- Call patient when ready for service
Calling Next Patient:

- Click "Call Next" to bring in the next patient
- Patient status changes to "In Service"
- Complete the service and send to next station
Priority Levels

- High: Moved up in the queue
- Urgent: Immediate attention required
Visit Tracking
Each visit records:
- Date and time of visit
- Services provided
- Staff who served the patient
- Total charges
- Payment status
